A summary of a term paper is vital to give the first impression to the readers and must be written in a tone to capture readers’ attention.
Word Count
A summary must not exceed the word limit of 100 to 120 words. It must not be more than a page long and should consist of paragraphs. Avoid any irrational and irrelevant details as it can misdirect the reader. Your term paper summary should be direct and precise.
Benefits
A summary can either make or break a term paper. If your summary is written well the reader will go on to read the whole term paper but if its not the reader won’t waste his/her time reading crap. So the rule is simple, do not take writing term paper summary lightly.
Avoid adding any charts, tables or numerical figures when writing a summary as that has to be provided in the main body.
