Employee motivation is a mystery to be resolved in various organizations. Many organizations are seeking answers to motivate employees in the best possible way only to add the benefits contributing to a successful and competent organization in the long run. It is not about just a single employee being motivated but the whole team to reap the rewards. An organization is made up of employees who determine whether an organization is successful or not so employee motivation plays a vital role in the success of the organization. Factors such as increased wages and allowances, decreased hours of work and job enrichment plans are important to motivate employees (Heathfield, 2004).
