Stress is the negative response of the body due to factors related to environment, family relationships and work. Stress is inevitable in today’s fast paced world. Responsibilities including raising family, paying utility bills, wages less than the rising inflation and ill health of parents all contribute to the rising stress levels of a person. Biologically stress is caused due to the excessive secretion of chemical called cortisols in the brain. The symptoms of stress include inability to concentrate, tension, feeling tired, difficulty sleeping and irritability over minor issues.
