Depression is something which makes one feel sad and unhappy and this impairs one to function normally whether it is at home, work or a relationship. Sometimes this problem can be pointed when someone is sad, even if someone loses interest or pleasure in their activity. The symptoms of depression are following, persistent feeling of hopelessness, poor concentration, dejection, low energy, unable to sleep well, insomnia, overeating, etc… Sometime people who are suffering from depression have suicidal tendencies. Mostly elderly people have depression because they don’t get much attention or feel lonely without their partner if one of them is no more… It is really important for us to take a good care of our elders…
